If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We accept returns. We will replace or refund you for any bottle of cider that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfacto- ry. You can return items within 15 days of your purchase with the re- ceipt or proof of purchase. You will be refunded once the goods are received back into our warehouse.
Any shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us at email@example.com to follow up on the status of your return, or with any questions you may have about re- turning items.
We will only exchange goods that are defective or damaged. In cir- cumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the de- tails of the product and the defect. This includes incorrect sizing of clothing items.
All alcohol sales are final with the exception of damaged or defective orders.
All refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of Scenic Road Cider- and do not include shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging. Any shipping costs associated with returns are the re- sponsibility of the customer.
We are unable to accept return of cider that was damaged due to ad- verse weather conditions during shipment, or cider that is ordered in error.
Glassware – Should your glass arrive broken, we will be happy to send you a new one. Please provide us with a photo of the broken glass and its original packaging upon delivery within 5 days of receipt to email@example.com
Bottles – Should your bottles arrive broken, we will be happy to send you some new cider. Please provide us with a photo of your broken product and its original packaging upon delivery within 5 days of receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org
